Frances Sallah-Brown joined Republic Bank (Ghana) Limited in 2016 as Head of Human Resources. She has the responsibility of leading, developing, and managing the Human Capital within the Republic Bank (Ghana) Limited to enable the Bank and its Subsidiaries meet their strategic, business and operational objectives.
She is a seasoned HR Practitioner with over 25 years experience working in the UK.
Prior to joining Republic Bank, she was the Senior Programme Manager, HR Projects at Network Rail Infrastructure, UK. She also spent some time as the Human Resource Subject Matter Expert at EY Ghana.
Mrs Sallah-Brown holds BA in Human Resource Management and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She is also an Associate Member of the Association of Project Managers (APMP), UK.
