Accra, 29th October, 2019 – Republic Bank Ghana Limited, a member of Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) of Trinidad and Tobago, has made an undisclosed cheque donation to the National Partnership for Children’s Trust (NPCT). The donation was made during the NPCT annual event held at the Bank’s Head Office.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Republic Bank Ghana, Mr. Farid Antar reiterated Republic Bank’s commitment to building successful Communities through its Power-To-Make-A-Difference (PTMAD) program. “Corporate Social Responsibility is not just a function but part of our business vision that we live each day. It is in our DNA. We are a Bank with a heart, a Bank that believes in Building Successful communities and a Bank that believes in making a difference”
Presenting the cheque to Mr. Roland Akosah, chairman of the board of trustees, Mr. Farid Antar also assured the Managers of the Trust fund, of Republic Bank’s continued support as a regular donor. “We believe in the vision of the NPCT that is, promoting the Children’s right to basic education and the protection of economic exploitation and we will continue to support you” – the Managing Director Added.
